These parts are typically produced from one or more flat fabric layers that are cut and sewn – and sometimes a keder is attached for further functionality. Precision and repeatability are critical for these types of applications, as visual quality and fit must meet strict standards.
FASTSEWN automates this process end-to-end, precisely stitching flat fabric components with CNC accuracy. The system handles up to three layers of material, stitches in any direction or shape, and supports keder or tape application along straight or gently curved paths. Materials are fed directly from roll stock, and panels can be laser- or knife-cut to shape in the same pass—delivering consistent, production-ready results with minimal labor and maximum efficiency.
