THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Patented Vacuum system
FASTSEWN requires no templates to hold the fabric in place during stitching. The system feeds material directly from roll stock and holds the fabric down by a specialized vacuum hold-down system – and maintains stitch accuracy through automated motion control.
This practically eliminates any manual handling during manufacturing.
FASTSEWN Consumables
To ensure maximum reliability and trouble-free production, FASTSEWN offers a full range of consumables—such as thread and keder—that are pre-tested and calibrated to work seamlessly with FASTSEWN’s automated systems. These materials are carefully selected to maintain consistent tension, feed smoothly through the keder feeder, and deliver clean, precise stitching with minimal downtime or adjustment.
While it’s not required to use FASTSEWN-branded consumables, doing so removes the need for manual fine-tuning and setup, helping operators achieve the best possible results right out of the box. Customers who choose to source their own thread or keder can do so freely but should expect to carry out all necessary testing and machine adjustments themselves to maintain performance and quality.

Reasons to choose FASTSEWN
FASTSEWN integrates easily into existing production by adding a new automated station that combines cutting and sewing in one step. Instead of needing separate cutting tables and manual stitching, FASTSEWN handles both tasks in a single pass. This streamlines production, saves floor space, and reduces handling between steps.
- Adds cutting and sewing in one station
- Replaces multiple manual steps
- Saves space and handling time
- Increases speed and consistency
