These parts are typically constructed from multiple layers of technical textiles, often requiring complex stitch paths, controlled seam strength, and exact cut profiles for proper integration into larger systems.
FASTSEWN automates this process with CNC-level control, stitching flat technical textile assemblies with variable stitch lengths, curved or angled geometries, and multi-layer compatibility (up to three layers). Materials are fed directly from roll stock, and laser allows parts to be shaped with exact tolerances in the same pass — reducing labor-cost, increasing throughput, and ensuring consistent part quality even at scale.
